Council of Elders
The Council of Elders provides wisdom, guidance, and legitimacy to the Federation. Composed of respected community leaders from both Twic East and Twic County, the Council ensures that Federation decisions reflect community values and respect traditional governance structures.

Council members are appointed based on their wisdom, integrity, and community standing. The Council meets quarterly and provides guidance on all major Federation initiatives.
Executive Committee
The Executive Committee handles the day-to-day operations of the Federation. Composed of representatives from both counties and the diaspora, the Committee implements Federation decisions and manages programmes.

Executive Committee members are elected by the Council of Elders and serve two-year terms. The Committee reports to the Council and is accountable to the broader Federation membership.

The Federation benefits from the expertise and experience of advisors who contribute specialized knowledge in areas such as cultural preservation, peacebuilding, community development, and diaspora engagement.
